AURELIA TERRACES

Aurelia Terraces is a contemporary residential tower designed as a vertical landscape where architecture and nature coexist in perfect balance. The building’s sculptural form is defined by flowing horizontal terraces that wrap around each level, creating a layered architectural rhythm while providing expansive outdoor living spaces for residents.
The warm terracotta-toned facade contrasts with lush greenery cascading from the balconies, transforming the tower into a living architectural ecosystem. Integrated planters soften the geometry of the structure and create a natural microclimate, enhancing privacy while reinforcing the connection between urban living and nature.
At the heart of the project lies a dramatic elevated pool terrace suspended between the buildings. Surrounded by sculptural trees and panoramic views, this shared oasis becomes a central social space where residents can relax, meet, and experience a resort-like atmosphere within the city.
